This is one of the coolest flowers I’ve seen in some time.
This was a giant flag at the Eastern States Exposition, which was hanging from the ladders of two fire engines.
Burning bush (euonymus alatus) leaves with some nice orange foliage in the background. Until I posted this I had no idea this is actually considered an invasive species here in the northeast United States.
Here’s a crate of apples I shot with my Canon point and shoot. Nothing says “Fall” like fresh apples!

This Fall foliage shot was taken in late August. Here in Connecticut, that’s way too early to be seeing this!
We got some amazing fresh tomatoes and green peppers from our neighbor. I put them on the cutting board and they were begging to be photographed.
